Is it really the last week of July???

I can NOT believe that the 1st day of school is less than a month away?!? Where did summer go?!?  As I am trying to get my brain back in school mode, I started going through my files pulling out my "meet the teacher" stuff.  Oh! What a night that is! They come in so excited, with all of their new school supplies and anxiously search around the room for their desk.  Its is exciting to meet my new firsties, but boy is it an EXHAUSTING night.  Not just that night, but getting prepared for the flood of parents that enter my room.  I know how much time it takes to get things together, that's why I wanted to share with you what I have used in the past.
Click each file to download.
All of the things are printed on crafty paper and put in a folder for the parents, along with the stack of papers the school has for them to fill out.
Here are just a few things I use in my room that I thought you might could use too! :)
One of the things my firsties LOVE are the treat boxes I give them at "Meet The Teacher".  Since my room is ocean theme, I give them a treat box that looks likes a treasure chests full of "treasure".  The treasure is goodies from the party store with a little bit of candy.  You're welcome, parents. lol :)
Here's a little peek!

The tag says, "Welcome to 1st Grade! We are going to have a 'fin'tastic year!

Since I am in the process of rearranging my room for next year, I have to change it up a bit, I thought I would post a few pics of what it looked like this past year.
