HELLOOOO May!!! It is SO good to see you!
Happy Teacher Appreciation week to all of my fellow teachers!
So over the past few weeks we have been learning about weather, plants, fractions, and much more. Here are a few things that we've done...
When we were learning about plant needs, we made this super cute "grass caterpillar". This fab idea came from one of my fellow creative teacher friends Emily Brown over at
He's just now sprouting. My kiddos LOVE watching him "grow"!!!
We also made "Fractionpillars" that came from Cara Carroll at First Grade Parade!
This is a cute little introductory activity for measurement.
We read "Goldilocks And The 3 Bears".
Then we measured, compared and ordered the length of the bowls of porridge, each chair and each bed.
And finally, when we were learning about weather, we made these nifty weather mobiles. The kiddos got to choose which type of weather they would like to use for their mobiles.
