"Spring"ing Into SUMMER!!!

Nothing reminds me of spring more than flowers! When I see flowers blooming, I know summer vacation is on the way!!
This week we have been learning the parts of the flower and how each part plays a role to help the flower grow. 

My kiddos had so much fun with this.  They painted flowers with tempera paint and cotton balls and then labeled each part with the matching description of each.
So fun and so "springy"!

They did such a great job! One thing that never gets old or boring is painting.  All kids love it! So creative!
